Terms of Service

Applies to users in the EU/EEA and outside Türkiye. Users in Türkiye: see the Kullanım Koşulları.

These terms form the contract between you and [Adacraft legal entity — TBD] ("Adacraft", "we") for the use of the Adacraft workspace.

1. The service

Adacraft is a workspace that helps you prepare marketing material for your mobile app: store texts (ASO), SEO and GEO content, screenshot and video kits, keyword research, visibility checks and campaign kits that you upload or launch yourself. Adacraft does not publish anything to app stores or ad accounts on your behalf.

2. Your account

• You must give accurate account information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity in your account.
• If you use Adacraft for a business, you confirm that you may bind that business to these terms. The business is the owner of the workspace and its content.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

3. AI-generated drafts

• Many features use generative AI. AI output is a draft and a suggestion: it can be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to content created for others.
• Before you publish anything, you must check it for accuracy, rights and compliance with the rules of the app stores and ad platforms you use (for example the App Store Review Guidelines, Google Play policies and ad platform policies). See the AI Transparency page.
• AI features send the inputs you select to our AI providers, as described in the Privacy Notice. You must acknowledge the AI processing notice before the first AI feature.

4. Your content

• You keep all rights to the content you upload and to the drafts generated for you, to the extent the law allows rights in them.
• You give Adacraft the permission needed to host, process and transform your content only to provide the service to you (including sending it to sub-processors listed on the Sub-processors page).
• You confirm that you have the rights to upload your content and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or the law.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use Adacraft to create unlawful, deceptive, infringing or harmful content; to create misleading advertising or fake reviews; to impersonate others; to attack or overload the service; or to get around plan limits, credit rules or security measures. We may suspend accounts that break these rules, after notice where reasonable.

6. Plans, credits and payments

• Plans are monthly subscriptions priced in USD. Plan credits are granted per billing period and expire at its end; top-up credits are available to active subscribers and expire as stated at purchase. Each AI or render action costs the credits shown before you start it.
• Paid checkout is not yet available. When it starts, prices, taxes, renewal, cancellation and refund terms will be shown before purchase and added here. [Consumer withdrawal rights for EU consumers (Directive 2011/83/EU) — TBD.]

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change features. If we change these terms in a material way, we will tell you in advance and, where required, ask you to accept the new version.

8. Liability

9. Ending the contract

You can stop using Adacraft and delete your account at any time. We may end the contract for serious breaches of these terms. After deletion your data is removed as described in the Privacy Notice.
