AI Transparency and AI Processing Notice
By acknowledging this notice you confirm that you understand how Adacraft uses AI. It is an acknowledgement, not consent: the processing is part of the service you request (see the Privacy Notice). You can withdraw it in Settings; AI features then stop until you acknowledge it again, and everything else keeps working.
1. What is generated by AI
Adacraft uses generative AI models (Claude by Anthropic; for AI ad videos, models served by fal.ai once that feature is available) to create drafts of:
- the app brief (positioning, audience, tone, market notes);
- keyword research and keyword suggestions (may use web search);
- App Store and Google Play texts (name, subtitle, short and full description, keywords, promotional text);
- SEO and GEO content and GEO visibility checks (answers from AI search are analysed);
- screenshot captions and video scripts;
- AI ad videos (when available);
- the director chat replies (strategy, plans, edits) (draft — pending legal review): your chat messages, the recent chat history and its summary, and your app's context (store data, brief, a summary of generated texts and images, credit and plan information) are sent to the AI provider to produce each reply. Chat replies are labelled as AI-generated in the panel; nothing that costs credits starts without your explicit confirmation on a plan card.
Layouts, renders, exports, character counters and validation checks are produced by deterministic software, not by generative AI.
2. What is sent to the AI provider
Only the inputs needed for the feature you start: your app information and brief, the texts involved, and the screenshots or images you selected. Your password, payment data and consent records are never sent. Providers process the data in the United States (see the Sub-processors page).
3. Labels
- AI results appear in your workspace as drafts that you review, edit and approve before export.
- AI-generated ad videos will carry a visible "AI-generated" label, and machine-readable marking is being added for EU markets (EU AI Act Art. 50) — it is not yet available.
4. Your responsibilities when you publish
- Check every draft for accuracy (features, prices, claims), trademarks and third-party rights before you publish it. AI can make mistakes and can produce text similar to text produced for others.
- App stores: metadata must describe your app accurately and follow the App Store Review Guidelines and Google Play policies (for example no misleading claims, no keyword stuffing, no references to other apps' trademarks).
- Ad platforms: several platforms require or offer disclosure of AI-generated or digitally altered content (for example TikTok's AI-generated content label and Meta's AI labels). Check each platform's current policy and use its disclosure setting where required.
- EU audiences: if you publish AI-generated images, audio or video showing realistic people, places or events, Art. 50(4) of the EU AI Act may require you to disclose that the content is artificially generated.
- Do not upload personal data you are not allowed to use (for example customer data visible in screenshots) and do not use the AI features to create unlawful or deceptive content.
5. Model training
Under our providers' commercial API terms, your inputs and outputs are not used to train their models [verify against current provider terms — TBD]. Adacraft does not train AI models on your content.
